Mr. Julian has over 20 years experience in the insurance and finance industry, and holds a BS and an MBA.  His work history includes executive and field positions with several insurance companies before starting his own insurance agency in 2002.

Mr. Julian recently served on the District 200 Boundary Realignment Review Committee for the Woodstock Schools, and periodically substitutes as a teacher for the District. Kerry is the treasurer of his Church and Secretary of Boy Scout Troop 159 both in Woodstock.

Kerry and his wife Cindy have lived in McHenry County for over 13 years and have two children. Mr. Julian and his family reside in Woodstock.
